General information
The next PSI show will take place in Düsseldorf from January 09 - 11, 2024. We look forward to welcoming you as an exhibitor.

The North Entrance leads you directly to our exhibition halls.
Smoking is not permitted in the halls.
Outside the halls, smoking is only permitted in specially marked areas.
Assembly and disassembly
Set-up times
Saturday, 04.01.25 from 07:30 a.m. continuously until Monday, 05.01.25 06:00 p.m
.
No further work is permitted after the official end of set-up on Monday, 06.01.25. All vehicles must have left the halls by 05:00 p.m. and the hall aisles must be completely cleared at that time. Small work on the stand is permitted until 09:00 p.m.
Early set-up
We offer a chargeable early set-up from Thursday, 02.01.25, to Friday, 03.01.24, in each case from 07:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. These set-up days must also be registered. Please use form R_01 "Early set-up" in the Online Service Tool.
Dismantling times
Thursday, 09.01.25 from 05:00 p.m. continuously until Friday, 10.01.25 10:00 p.m.
For this period of days, it is possible to work around the clock in the halls. However, please note that from approximately 6:00 PM daily, only a limited crew of Messe Düsseldorf craftsmen will be on site.
Premature dismantling
In accordance with the General Exhibition Terms and Conditions of RX Germany GmbH, no stand may be completely or partially vacated before the end of the event.
The dismantling of stand equipment and furnishings and the collection and packing of exhibition goods and exhibits are not permitted until the regular start of stand dismantling. Regular stand dismantling begins one hour after the end of the trade show at 05:00 p.m. on 09.01.2025 until 10.01.2025 at 10:00 p.m.
Photos
Taking photos and filming for commercial use (such as resale of images and films in digital as well as printed form) is subject to restrictions and requires the express permission of the organizer.

In your ticket purchase confirmation email, you can always rely on your ticket and reload it on your phone.

Ticket shop
1.As a PSI member you have to log in with your membership data on the PSI network page: https://www.psi-network.de/de/PSI-Network/Startseite/2618/?sprache=englisch
2.Here you will find the "PSI Ticketshop" via "MYPSI" under "MYPSI SERVICES". If you click on it, you will be taken directly to our ticket store.
3a.If you have a voucher code, you can enter it in the upper area of the ticket store under "Voucher" and confirm it by clicking on the green arrow.
3b.In the ticketshop you can now select the desired ticket. After you have selected your ticket, confirm your choice by clicking "Next".
4.In the following process you have to enter your login data and furthermore your personal data for the ticket registration. After entering them, please confirm them by clicking "Tickets" at the bottom right.
5.Select whether the ticket is for you or for another person. Then please answer five quick questions for marketing and analysis purposes and confirm them by clicking "Save registration data".
6.In the next step, you can select the desired payment method and confirm it by entering your payment information.
7.After that you will receive a summary of your purchase and in the next step the confirmation by email.
8.You can now save the ticket you received on your mobile device or print it out.

1.As a non-member you have the choice in our ticket store between "Purchase tickets" and "Redeem voucher/ Register your ticket": https://shop.psi-network.de/REED/PSIDE23/
2a.If you have a voucher code, you can enter it in the field provided and confirm by clicking "Validate ticket code".
2b.In the ticket store you can now select the desired ticket. After you have selected your ticket, confirm your choice by clicking "Next".
3.In the following process you have to enter your login data and furthermore your personal data for the ticket registration into the fields. After entering them, please confirm them by clicking "Tickets" at the bottom right.
4.Select whether the ticket is for you or for another person. Then please answer five quick questions for marketing and analysis purposes and confirm by clicking "Apply Registration Data".
5.In the next step, legitimation is required. Please upload proof that identifies you as a trade visitor. This includes your trade license, proof of registration in the commercial register, business cards or your company e-mail address.
6. next, you can select the desired payment method and confirm by entering your payment information.
7.After that you will receive a summary of your purchase and in the next step the confirmation by email.
8.You can now save the ticket you received on your mobile device or print it out.

The voucher code can be redeemed in our ticket store either at https://shop.psi-messe.com/REED/PSIDE23/Register. Or in the upper area of the ticket store under "Voucher". Enter the code in the field provided and confirm it with "Validate ticket code".
Legitimation means proof that identifies you as a trade visitor. What kind of documents are considered as proof, as well as further information can be found here.
The PSI trade show is a trade visitor fair for the promotional products industry. To ensure this, we carry out a full legitimization. Only on explicit invitation of a PSI dealer, industrial customers can visit PSI. Private individuals are generally not admitted to PSI.
If you receive an error message that your e-mail address has already been used, it may be because you already have an account in our ticket store. If necessary, reset your password.
If you want to order a ticket for another person, choose additional tickets and select "Other person" in the ticket store and confirm it with a click on “Yes, register for other person”. After that, you need to register the person with another email address etc. The person will receive a confirmation mail and need to register themselves.
Tickets are excluded from exchange
The abort may be due to a too slow internet line. If possible, please try again with a wired internet connection (LAN). It may also be helpful to use a different Internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Mozilla, Google Chrome).
